As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. You should have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time and on budget. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Build and maintain a strong social media presence across multiple channels.
Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize spend and performance.
Continuously identify trends and insights, and develop new strategies for growth.
Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to drive conversions and optimize user funnels.
Work with cross-functional teams to create and optimize landing pages to improve user experience.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.
Collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
Requirements:
Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Strong understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends) and ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad Words campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
