The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and improve conversion rates. The role involves strategizing, executing, and measuring the performance of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Manage and track performance across all digital channels (PPC, display, retargeting, social media).
Ensure timely execution and delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
SEO & Content Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content and optimize website performance.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics.
Social Media Marketing:
Create and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Monitor trends and optimize social media campaigns based on real-time performance data.
Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and follower growth on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In.
Email Marketing:
Build and maintain targeted email marketing campaigns to promote products, offers, and company updates.
A/B test email subject lines, formats, and calls to action to increase open rates and click-through rates.
Measure and report on email marketing effectiveness.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track and report performance metrics of digital marketing campaigns, including traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
Use data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign strategies for better results.
Present insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Paid Advertising:
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor budget spending and ensure cost-efficiency while maximizing ROI.
Continuously experiment with different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
Content Marketing:
Work with content creators to develop engaging blog posts, landing pages, and digital ads that align with the company’s goals.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all online platforms and marketing materials.
Lead Generation:
Develop and manage lead generation strategies, using landing pages, lead capture forms, and calls-to-action across marketing assets.
Track lead conversion rates and suggest improvements to increase qualified leads.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams, such as product, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for content production, campaign execution, or tool implementation when necessary.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, new technologies, and platform updates.
Identify emerging platforms and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
