Digital Marketing Executive
We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience, specifically in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, brand awareness, and lead generation through well-executed digital marketing campaigns on Meta platforms, in addition to other digital channels.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, and continuously improve ROI through data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design ad creatives and copy that align with campaign goals.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to improve ad targeting and engagement.
- Utilize A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Track and report performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates) for all Meta campaigns and assess against company goals.
- Manage budgets across Meta ad platforms, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads and platform changes, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement other digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Coordinate with content, design, and social media teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Assist in the management of other paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign creation, budget optimization, audience targeting, and analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in analyzing ad performance data and making data-driven decisions.
- Solid knowledge of other digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management).
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
