Details about the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our comprehensive digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating various campaigns across multiple channels, from conception to execution. They will craft strategic blueprints and digital marketing roadmaps to enhance customer experience on our website while aligning with overarching business objectives. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Executive will oversee budget allocation, collaborate with the sales team, and spearhead marketing analytics efforts to measure and optimize ROI & KPIs. Responsibilities:
Orchestrate comprehensive digital marketing initiatives encompassing SEM, SEO, SMM, email, push and SMS campaigns from conception to execution.
Craft strategic blueprints and digital marketing roadmaps to enhance customer experience on the website, aligning with overarching business objectives.
Oversee the allocation and management of account marketing budgets, collaborating closely with the sales team to strategize and implement campaigns for various events.
Spearhead marketing analytics efforts, establishing optimal practices for measuring and optimizing ROI & KPIs across diverse marketing channels such as Search, Display, You Tube, Linked In, Facebook and Twitter.
Direct the growth trajectory through the implementation of campaign solutions, including campaign construction, performance monitoring, and optimization, all aimed at achieving marketing objectives.
Generate new leads and strengthen conversions through meticulously crafted landing pages and targeted retargeting strategies across multiple platforms.
Efficiently manage affiliates to meet performance requirements for Clicks, Opens, Leads, App Installs, Registration Campaigns and more.
Foster collaboration with developers and vendors to seamlessly integrate essential marketing automation tools with our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEM, SEO, SMM, email marketing and other digital channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
Experience managing marketing budgets and collaborating cross-functionally with sales teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
