Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description
Managing digital marketing initiatives and integrated marketing plans related to business growth using paid and organic channels like SEM/SEO, Facebook, Display and Remarketing.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns across various digital platforms, and locations. Develop strategies to convert leads into customers and improve customer retention. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI
  • Enhance brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Manage and grow the company’s online presence through social media, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Integrate AI tools and technologies to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer insights. Utilize AI for predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing
  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, and print media. Coordinate with sales teams to align offline and online marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant content across digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Use data-driven insights to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for all marketing campaigns
  • Create And Manage Google Ads Campaigns To Drive Website Traffic, Conversions, And Roi.
  • Conduct Keyword Research, Write Compelling Ad Copy, And Optimize Ad Campaigns For Maximum Performance.
  • Monitor And Analyze Campaign Performance Using Google Analytics And Adjust Strategies Accordingly.
  • Develop And Execute Facebook Ads Campaigns To Reach Target Audiences And Achieve Marketing Objectives.
  • Design Visually Appealing Ad Creative And A/B Test Ad Variations For Optimal Results.
  • Analyze Ad Performance Metrics And Refine Targeting Strategies.
  • Implement Lead Generation Strategies To Capture, Nurture, And Convert Leads Into Customers.
  • Collaborate With The Sales Team To Ensure Seamless Lead Handoff And Follow-Up Processes.
  • Use Email Marketing And Automation Tools To Engage With Leads And Move Them Through The Sales Funnel.
  • Creating strategy for different social media handles( You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc).
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of a company.
  • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
  • Drive website traffic and performance marketing
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns (Google display, Facebook and affiliates) against goals (ROI and KPIs). Key Skills
  • Candidate should be a Graduate with good communication (spoken and written) skills in English.
  • Good understanding of content creation.
  • Ability to write for social media.
  • Preferable Experiance in IT
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
