Job Brief & Description We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, a passion for increasing customer engagement, and a proven track record in lead generation. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, and driving the online presence of our brand to new heights. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement across digital channels.
Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.) through regular posts, stories, and interactions with followers.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive brand image.
Lead Generation:
Design and implement effective lead generation campaigns using email marketing, social media advertising, and other digital marketing tools.
Analyse and optimize campaigns to maximize lead conversion rates.
Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation activities.
Content Creation:
Create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, website, and email newsletters.
Collaborate with designers to produce visual content such as graphics, videos, and infographics.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.
SEO & SEM:
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for content and campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital marketing metrics.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Key Skills
Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and outbound calling.
Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Linked In Ads, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
