Content Creation: Develop original, high-quality content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and digital campaigns that align with our brand voice.

Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.) while maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
SEO Optimization: Write SEO-friendly content that improves search engine rankings, using targeted keywords and optimized headlines and descriptions.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, voice, and messaging, maintaining consistency across all channels.
Content Calendar Management: Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery and coordination of content across all platforms.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, content creation, and social media to propose innovative ideas for audience engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance metrics, such as engagement, traffic, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to refine content strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design, SEO, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and effective content that aligns with overall marketing goals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc.).
Experience in writing, editing, and creating content for digital platforms, including blogs and social media.
Proficiency in SEO principles and experience using content management systems (CMS) such as Word Press or Hub Spot.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to refine content strategies based on performance.
