Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital marketing and a proven track record in executing successful online campaigns. This role requires expertise in SEO, SMM, SMO, SEM, as well as strong design skills using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. You will manage a range of digital platforms and campaigns, aiming to drive traffic, engage users, and generate leads, while ensuring our brand’s online presence remains robust and competitive. Key Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Conduct on-page and off-page SEO to improve website visibility.
Perform ongoing keyword research to identify new ranking opportunities.
Optimize website structure, content, and landing pages for search engines.
Monitor and analyze search engine performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.
SMM (Social Media Marketing):
Develop, manage, and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and You Tube.
Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform.
Schedule regular posts and track audience engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
SMO (Social Media Optimization):
Implement techniques to enhance engagement across social media platforms.
Encourage and grow social sharing to expand brand visibility.
Handle bidding strategies, ad copy, and targeting to maximize campaign ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and strategies for better conversion rates.
Graphic Design and Content Creation:
Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to design visuals for social media, website, and paid ads.
Create eye-catching graphics, banners, and infographics to support marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure visuals align with brand tone and messaging.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Linked In Analytics.
Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve results.
Email Marketing:
Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns (using tools like Mailchimp, Hub Spot, etc.).
Create compelling email content, segment audiences, and track open rates, CTR, and overall engagement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive branding and effective campaign execution.
