Position Overview:
As a Dietitian Trainee for In-Store Customer Handling at Satyahara, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their nutrition-related queries and guiding them towards making healthier and informed choices. Satyahara is dedicated to providing high-quality organic and natural products and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Your role as a Dietitian Trainee will involve engaging with customers, providing basic nutritional advice, conducting educational sessions, and learning under the guidance of experienced dietitians.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, actively engaging with them to understand their nutritional needs, health goals, and dietary preferences.
Nutritional Advice: Provide basic nutritional advice to customers based on their individual requirements and health concerns. Assist customers in choosing organic and natural products that align with their dietary preferences and goals.
Education Sessions: Participate in organizing and conducting educational sessions or workshops on nutrition-related topics. Collaborate with the dietitian team to create informative materials and visual aids for presentations.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organic and natural products offered at Satyahara. Stay updated on the nutritional benefits, ingredients, and applications of various products.
Customer Support: Offer ongoing support to customers who seek nutritional guidance or have questions about specific products or dietary restrictions.
Learn from Experienced Dietitians: Work closely with experienced dietitians at Satyahara to learn best practices, expand your knowledge in the field of nutrition, and improve your counseling skills.
Product Labeling and Information: Ensure that product labels accurately display nutritional information, allergens, and other relevant details to assist customers in making informed choices.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams to promote nutrition-related initiatives, such as highlighting special dietary options, organic certifications, and health benefits of products.
Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations related to providing nutritional advice and information to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong interest in promoting a healthy lifestyle, organic products, and sustainable nutrition choices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
Basic knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and food composition.
