Hey future colleague!We're Codebuddy. We are a product engineering services company based out of Kolkata, with an office in Pune. We work with clients from different industries on a daily basis, and so far, we have worked with 120+ clients in the span of just 5 years.

We are currently looking for a proficient Dev Ops Craftsman with a passion for building scalable and reliable pipelines. If you think you are someone who relates to our mission and is passionate about optimizing our infrastructure and deployments, it's better to not delay the application anymore.

We seek a self motivated tech enthusiast who can fuel the organization’s growth. A candidate ready to evolve alongside the organization, embracing shared principles and values. Job duties:
Automation & CI/CD: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Git Lab CI to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.
Infrastructure as Code (Ia C): Develop and maintain Ia C scripts using Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
Cloud Management: Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud resources on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Monitoring & Logging: Set up and maintain comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk to ensure system reliability and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand their needs and provide the necessary infrastructure and tools to support their workflows.
Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards across all environments.
Incident Management: Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
Maintenance: Maintain and help scaling existing applications to handle increase load.
Cost and Performance Optimization: Optimize the cost and performance of existing applications and consider these factors when building pipelines or solutions for new applications
Documentation: Contribute actively to guidelines and best practices, fostering continuous improvement within the team.

Personality:
Strong communication skills, because we appreciate a good joke, but we also need you to explain why you chose Comic Sans.
We would like you to be able to work independently, with minimal supervision. We expect you to be Atma-nirbhar.
A can-do attitude, with attention to detail and a sense of humor. We like our candidates to be funny and sharp!
Technical:
Tools & Technologies: Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Ia C tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible).
Scripting & Programming: scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages. Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet or Chef is a plus.
Monitoring & Logging: Experience setting up and maintaining monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk).
Version Control: Strong understanding of Git and version control practices.
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Development Process Knowledge: Knowledge of MERN stack or LAMP stack is an added bonus.
Certifications (Optional): Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer, Google Professional Dev Ops Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar are a plus.
Others:
Education - Any Computer Science or related degree.
Experience - 2+ years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or related fields.
