Deputy Nursing Superintendent
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Education:
- Assist the Nursing Superintendent in managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Develop and implement nursing care plans to meet the individual needs of patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the state
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Nursing: 5 years (Preferred)
- NURSING REGISTRATION (Preferred)
