As a Data Entry Clerk you are expected to collect, create and manage data from using Busy and ensure accurate entry of data. This will include creating and editing invoices, quotations at high volume in a fast paced setting and you to contact customers and vendors. Key Responsibilities
Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
Creating accurate spreadsheets.
Digital record keeping and maintenance.
Other administrative tasks
Requirements
Experienced in Busy/Tally
High school diploma.
1+ years experience in a relevant field.
Good command of English.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
Proficient touch typing skills.
