Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Skills and Qualifications:

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism
Adaptability: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required
