Customer Support /Implementation Executive
- He/ She will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- The role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
- Providing proactive customer outreach and escalating the request if required and managing communication between the teams.
- Maintaining a personal discipline and pleasant work environment for the team.
- Must be a Team Player with positive attitude and proactively work with cross functional teams for customer queries resolution
- Must Take responsible of his own task and work with minimal supervision
- Great problem solving ability -asses all option before making decision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
