Urgent Requirement for the position of the customer support Service ( Location-Gurgaon)
Job Description:
1. Handle customer inquiries, giving prompt answers to customer questions.
2.Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries.
3.Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there’s a complex issue
4. Establish long-lasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clients.
5. Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Qualifications and skills:
1.Minimum qualification: High-school diploma. Graduates in any stream can also apply.
2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
