Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling customer calls, emails, chat and queries on social media platforms.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Candidates must have an international BPO voice process experience or premium domestic processes.
- Candidates must be fluent in English.
- Should be flexible with Rotational shift and Rotational off (70% day shift and 30% night shift).
