Customer Success Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for assigned customers.
  • Onboard clients and provide ongoing training/support.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and address issues proactively.
  • Build strong relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 3-4 years in customer success or account management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
