Customer Success Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for assigned customers.
- Onboard clients and provide ongoing training/support.
- Monitor customer health metrics and address issues proactively.
- Build strong relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 3-4 years in customer success or account management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
