We're Hiring Customer Services -Operation Executive for a leading artisanal cheesemaking company
Position: Customer Services -Operation
Location: Mulund / Bhandup
Gender: Only Female
Role:
We are looking for a Customer Services Operation to front our direct-to-consumer business. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and funworking environment.
Qualifications:
● Graduation in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts & Sciences
● Excellent communication skills
● Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Gain in-depth knowledge of the cheese business after training, includingunderstanding all products and their applications
● Book and record orders (Direct-to-Consumer business vertical) received through all sales channels (Whats App, Email, Website, and Calls)
● Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
● Ensure customers receive timely updates on their orders
● Build and maintain relationships with customers
● Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
● Keep customers updated on the latest products and launched
● Communicate customer feedback and insights about products and services with thedigital and business development teams
● Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
