Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: · Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media; provide product and order information. · Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints; escalate complex issues when necessary. · Order Management: Assist with order placements, changes, and tracking; coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams. · Product Knowledge: Understand our fragrance products and provide personalized recommendations. · Customer Feedback: Collect feedback and suggest improvements; maintain accurate records in CRM software. · Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members; participate in training and meetings. · Customer Engagement: Support customer loyalty strategies and marketing initiatives. Qualifications: · Any bachelor’s degree. · 6 months to 1.5 year in customer service, preferably in D2C or retail but not mandatory. · Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. · Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask.
