Job Description:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the face of Fit Club, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members. You’ll handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in membership sign-ups, helping build a strong community at our Sushant Lok location.
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Fit Club, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon
Availability: Immediate joiner preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Provide information about membership options, services, and class schedules.
Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with the gym team to ensure a smooth and pleasant member experience.
Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area.
Support administrative duties such as phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
Promote gym events, classes, and membership promotions.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused attitude.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
Basic knowledge of fitness and gym operations preferred.
