What is required to do the job:

- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers
- Great problem-solving abilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries by telephone, or by email
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer servicepolicies
- Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
- Providing overall great customer experience
- Ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Worked in similar role
- Should be able to work Independently
