Job Description: As a Customer Care Executive Trainer for the DDUGKY project, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to equip rural youth with the necessary skills to excel in customer service roles. You will work closely with our project team to ensure that training modules align with the project's objectives and contribute to the overall success of our participants. Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive training modules for customer care executives based on DDUGKY guidelines and industry best practices.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to groups of participants, ensuring comprehension and skill acquisition.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as necessary.
Provide individual coaching and support to participants to enhance their performance and confidence in customer service roles.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of participant progress and training outcomes for reporting purposes.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in customer service practices to continuously improve training programs.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and professional growth among participants.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Care Trainer or similar role, preferably within the DDUGKY or related vocational training programs.
Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Diploma or certification in Training, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in developing training materials and curricula is a plus.
Fluency in local languages spoken in the project area is advantageous.
