Customer Care Executive | Fresher
- Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and transferring them to the relevant agent
- Communicating with them through various omnichannel channels, including email, social media, phone or SMS
- Making appointments that fit into the schedule of the client and the customer
- Informing the customers about updates, deals, offers, promotions, policies, and keep sales
- Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company
- Fostering a healthy relationship between the client and the customer
- Fresher candidates are most welcome for this opportunity
- Age Limit upto 28 years
- Must speak Hindi,English preferred
- Minimum Qualification 12th Pass
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Customer-focused attitude
Pay: ₹13,030.80 - ₹18,864.33 per month
