- Two years of customer care experience
- Responding to Customer Inquiries: Efficiently handling customer queries, concerns, and feedback received via messages, emails, and calls.
- Providing Work Information: Offering detailed information about our work, including features availability and pricing.
- Troubleshooting Issues: Identifying and resolving customer issues, such as delivery delays, and payment discrepancies, with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions using our CRM system.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
