JOB DESCRIPTION OF CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE: Amiure International Pvt Ltd is a web designing company that deals with rail recipe all across the networks in India and is an authorised partner with IRCTC. Minimum Qualification- FRESHER Considered(Both males and females) Salary- 9k to 13k Shift Timing Day- 9am to 6pm for girls and 7am to 4pm Evening- 1.30pm to 10.30pm for boys Roles and Responsibilities of customer care executive: · To accept food orders and call back for order confirmation · To process orders in a mannered way · To coordinate with the vendors and marketing team · Responsible for complete customer support · To take feedback and follow up delivery information per order · To manage complaints of individual customers · To contribute operations information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews · To communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience including resolving problems and complaints · Maintain relationship with key operations vendors · To accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as and when required Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month Schedule:
