Customer Care Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products or services to provide accurate information and guidance.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges as needed.
- Gather and document customer feedback to help improve service quality and contribute to process improvements.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service and address any operational issues.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,672.59 - ₹28,370.51 per month
