Roles and Responsibilities Presentable Appearance and Attitude.
§ Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship and prompt and courteous service.
§ Assisting customers with questions & needs.
§ Generate prospects from showroom walk-in, telephone enquiries enquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.
§ Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining warranties and services
§ Identifying customer requirements and assisting customers with purchase decisions.
§ Assisting in physical inventory counts.
§ Making sure that customers paperwork is completed efficiently.
