Crusher supervisior
A structural supervisor's responsibilities include:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Construction management Overseeing the construction of civil and structural components, such as foundations and support structures.
- Planning and execution Developing and implementing construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordination Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Safety Ensuring that safety, health, and environmental operating procedures are followed.
- Quality Ensuring that construction quality meets project specifications and inspection and test plans.
- Material management Monitoring and controlling material management to ensure proper storage and avoid unnecessary waste.
- Communication Communicating effectively with clients' representatives and other department supervisors.
- Reporting Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly construction reports.
- Compliance Ensuring that the organization complies with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a P. Eng. designation;
- Must have strong numerical ability and reasoning skills;
- Extensive computer knowledge in industry applications, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD and Micro Station;
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with exceptional report writing skills;
- Extensive knowledge of all applicable codes;
- Knowledge of mining-related processes a definite asset.Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle;
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, conflict resolution, decision-making and time management skills;
- Must have strong project management skills and experience;
- Willing to travel;
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management experience.
