Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer outreach initiatives.
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Create reports and dashboards to track CRM performance metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
- Train and support staff on CRM tools and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
