- Perform passive safety simulation and design solution for Cabin, by evaluating proposed concepts and drive Cost effective, implementable design solutions through Cross Functional Collaboration 6 – 8 Years’ Experience in performing Passive safety simulations and driving design though simulation
- Hand-on Expertise in CAE Tools like ANSA, Hyper Works and LS Dyna
- Deep knowledge on ECE/FMVSS regulations
- Experience/exposure on Battery and fuel cell vehicle will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Optimization tools will be an added advantage
- Exposure to Physical Validation (ECE/FMVSS regulations) and should have sound Automotive Vehicle development Process knowledge will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills, Leadership skills, Learning on fly, Team player
