Counsellor
Counselor (Cataract and Sub Specialty)
1. To provide effective information to the patients on surgeries and procedures to enable the patients to make right decision.
2. To aim for achieving benchmark of conversion of the counseled cases and keep track and follow up to ensure the same.
3. To ensure informed consents and all other necessary documentation are in place.
4. To coordinate internally/externally queries related to insurance, Ayushman Bharat, CGHS, Delhi Govt., ECHS etc.
5. To help resolve patient’s complaints.
6. To Counsel all specialty patients including projects, insurance, international patients.
7. To update the counseling section in EMR.
8. To provide specialize services to International patients for their superior experience (Visa invitation, coordination with doctors & PSC etc.)
9. Coordination with PSC and store for availability of dates & ICL lens.
10. Backup for PK Coordinator
11. To Supervise and access HIA (Health Insurance Assist) person for replying queries and timely receipt of pre auth. and bills.
12. To provide MIS and other data to superiors.
13. To maintain lasik, Ayushman Bharat etc. related data.
14. To provide training to all the trainees posted.
15. To visit secondary centers and guide them in best practices.
16. To help the secondary centers in empanelments – new ventures and renewals
17. Any other responsibilities to be added if any by Superior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Counselling: 4 years (Preferred)
