  • Consider dietary restrictions and preferences to ensure inclusivity.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Collaborate with event planners to understand the event’s goals and logistics.
  • Assist in planning the bar layout and design for optimal flow and aesthetics.
  • Bartending:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring all necessary ingredients and tools are available.
  • Guest Engagement:
  • Interact with guests, offering personalized drink recommendations and sharing cocktail-making tips.
  • Conduct interactive cocktail-making demonstrations or workshops if requested.
  • Brand Representation:
  • Embody the company’s image and values through professional demeanor and service.
  • Create a memorable experience that reinforces brand loyalty and engagement.
  • Quality Control:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar area.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Feedback Collection:
  • Gather guest feedback on cocktails and service to inform future events.
  • Adjust offerings based on guest preferences and trends.
  • Training Staff:
  • Train additional bartending staff on cocktail recipes, techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Cost Management:
  • Monitor and manage the bar budget, minimizing waste and optimizing ingredient use.
  • Trend Awareness:
  • Stay updated on beverage trends, new spirits, and cocktail innovations to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
