Pay: ₹10,116.79 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Teach commerce subjects in Hindi medium to students according to the curriculum provided by the school.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments in alignment with curriculum objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic excellence and student engagement.
- Monitor and assess students' progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Conduct remedial classes for students requiring additional assistance outside regular school hours (4:00 PM to 6:00 PM).
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administrators to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and educational initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and academic performance.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities as required by the school.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is mandatory.
- Fluency in Hindi and proficiency in English communication.
- Prior experience teaching commerce subjects at the secondary level, preferably in a Hindi medium school.
- Strong knowledge of the commerce curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
- School hours: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM
- Mandatory remedial classes: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Pay: ₹10,116.79 - ₹15,000.00 per month
