Collection Executive
- Collecting payments: Collecting payments on past due bills, and negotiating payment terms with customers
- Identifying overdue accounts: Monitoring accounts receivable and identifying overdue accounts
- Contacting customers: Contacting customers to verify account status, discuss overdue payments, and resolve customer issues
- Locating customers: Using credit bureau information, background checks, and other tools to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers
- Maintaining records: Keeping records of contacts, attempted contacts, and payments collected
- Preparing reports: Preparing and presenting reports on collection activities and progress
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
