Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing queries and technical issues faced by our clients. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of technical concepts. The Technical Support Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective resolution of technical challenges. Responsibilities: · Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to technical issues and provide effective solutions. · Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guiding clients through appropriate steps for issue resolution. · Offer technical guidance and support to clients, both remotely and on-site . · Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. · Provide training and guidance to clients on using software. Qualifications: · Diploma in CS, Hardware and networking, Electronics · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
