Job Description: Media Box Office is seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as the Head in Client Relations and Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for independently handling client accounts, managing the profitability and growth of the business unit, and leading a team of talented professionals.
Responsibilities:

Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with clients to develop strategic advertising and marketing plans that align with their business goals.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
Financial Management:
Oversee the financial performance of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Drive revenue growth through effective client management and business development initiatives.
Monitor and analyze financial metrics and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize profitability.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of advertising professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring efficient workflow and project execution.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Strategic Planning:
Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansion.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, and incorporate relevant insights into strategic planning.
Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the market, driving the agency's competitive advantage.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or media, with a proven track record of success in client management and business development.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets and objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and profitability.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advertising industry software/tools.
Knowledge of the media landscape and advertising trends in India would be an advantage.
