The ideal candidate should be a creatively enthusiastic individual with proficiency in content writing and with strong communication skills and an educational background in English medium, preferably with a degree in either Mass Communication or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery as per the brief.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition to provide insights to clients.
- Meet and exceed client expectations to drive customer retention and growth.
- 1-3 years of experience in client services, preferably in media, agency, or publication.
- Mass Communication/Graduation with an English medium educational background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Salary: 20K to 35K
