In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and seamless execution of events. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to maintain strong relationships and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management · Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams. · Understand client needs, expectations, and event objectives to deliver tailored solutions. · Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. 2. Event Planning and Coordination · Collaborate with the event planning and production teams to align deliverables with client requirements. · Coordinate with external vendors, venues, and service providers for smooth execution. · Ensure event timelines and budgets are adhered to while maintaining quality standards. 3. Communication and Reporting · Provide regular status updates to clients on event progress. · Manage any changes, client requests, or issues during event preparation and execution. · Prepare post-event reports, including feedback and analysis for future improvements. 4. Networking and Business Development · Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients. · Network with new and existing clients to grow the business. Key Skills and Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field. · 3-5 years of experience in client servicing, ideally within the event management or hospitality industry. · Hospitality background will be an additional benefit. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. · Budget management and negotiation skills. · Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. · Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
