Join our dynamic team in the Client Relations department of our innovative advertising and digital marketing agency! We are seeking a motivated and skilled Client Service Executive to be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and providing proactive solutions. Regularly communicate project updates and address challenges.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project execution, monitoring progress and adjusting based on client feedback.
Client Satisfaction and Retention: Conduct client meetings to review campaign performance and resolve issues promptly. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present performance reports, maintaining accurate client records and communication logs.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on digital marketing trends to provide clients with strategic insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in client servicing or account management in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
