The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, understanding their property requirements, and guiding them through the property acquisition process. This role involves making initial contact with clients, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating site visits, and handling negotiations to ensure a seamless transaction experience. Key Responsibilities: Initial Contact & Lead Management
Make the initial call to assigned leads to introduce the company and understand their property needs.
Extract and comprehend detailed client requirements, including property type and preferences.
Share the company profile, visiting card, and details of brokerage charges.
Obtain client approval for brokerage charges.
Proposal Preparation & Review
Convert leads into opportunities in the CRM system.
Prepare a proposal based on the clients specifications.
Review and seek approval on the proposal from the Manager.
Send the proposal with property photographs and location details via Whats App or email.
Client Follow-Up & Site Visits
Follow up with clients to gather feedback on the proposal.
Maintain regular follow-ups on shortlisted properties and arrange site visits.
Coordinate site visit logistics, including keys and access arrangements.
The Site Visit Coordinator will accompany clients during site visits.
Post-Visit Follow-Up
Send the Visited Properties Sheet to clients after each visit.
Perform regular follow-ups until the client selects a final property.
Negotiation & Closure
Negotiate with property owners to finalize terms and conditions.
Oversee the process up to the closure of the transaction, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Additional Responsibilities
Conduct thorough property searches using internal and external platforms.
Schedule and manage meetings and site visits with clients, ensuring detailed attention.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive property database.
Build and sustain professional relationships with new clients and companies.
Track client meetings, remind them of required documents, and perform regular follow-ups.
Develop effective sales strategies and set monthly sales targets.
Prepare and present detailed and accurate sales reports.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Ability to understand and meet client needs effectively.
Strong proposal preparation skills with attention to detail and convincing power.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) & CRM Systems for report preparation and presentation development.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in real estate or property management is an advantage.
