Job Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic Account Management and Client Servicing Executive to acquire and manage client accounts, deliver excellent service, and oversee influencer marketing. This role requires strong client relationship skills and expertise in social media. Key Responsibilities: ● Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients. Develop and present proposals to win new business. ● Account Management: Serve as the main contact for clients. Implement and manage tailored social media strategies. Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs. ● Client Servicing: Address client inquiries and feedback. Conduct regular meetings to review progress and strategize. Provide insights for enhancing social media performance. ● Influencer Management: Source and manage influencer partnerships. Oversee influencer campaign execution and performance. Report on campaign effectiveness. ● Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports. Use data to optimize strategies and improve client satisfaction. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. ● Experience in account management or client servicing within a social media or marketing agency. ● Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ● Proficiency in CRM and social media analytics tools.
