Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Client Advisor for Real Estate Sales to join our team in HSR Layout. This role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Key Responsibilities: - Client Interaction: Meet with clients at the office and conduct site visits to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Property Guidance: Provide detailed information about properties, including market trends and pricing strategies.
- Site Visits: Accompany clients on site visits to various properties and assist in evaluating options.
- Transaction Support: Facilitate the buying, selling, or leasing process, including negotiations and documentation.
Meetings: Attend meetings with clients and other stakeholders to discuss property options, offers, and agreements.
-Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local market conditions to provide accurate advice and insights.
Qualifications: - Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred. - Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
