Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
Innovate and design new menu items, focusing on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring fresh and high-quality ingredients.
Collaborate with the team to curate an outstanding dining experience for guests.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in preparing continental cuisine.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in plating.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
