About the Role As a Chef de Partie, International & Middle Eastern Cuisine, you will be the supervisor in charge in the individual restaurant kitchen or the commissary reporting to the Sous Chef. You will: a. Own & lead the kitchen team to always deliver consistently consistent food quality across the channels. b. Execute all safety & food Safety protocols in your assigned areas and kitchens in line with the Operational priorities of the organization. c. Execute and own brand & concept standards along with the kitchen team.
d. Lead the shift/sections as per the assigned responsibilities and purpose.
About You
The ideal candidate must have
a. A diploma in catering with a minimum 2 years + professional kitchen experience b. Experience in international cuisine and/ or middle eastern would be an added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits:
