Job description We at The Loom (www.theloom.in) are looking for a Female Customer Support Executive (Chat Process) who will offer excellent customer service to derive sales. Responsibilities:
Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through mails and chats.
Manage and drive sales team target and performance.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives so that they can bo converted into sales.
Candidate should have good communication skills and should be comfortable in speaking with customer and replying to customer emails/chats messages in English.
Candidate should have good typing speed and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in outbound chat/mail process.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Should have Computer skills, MS Office, Chat Support.
