As a Customer Chat Support Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

ensuring accurate and helpful information.
2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues, product inquiries, and complaints,
aiming for swift resolution.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products,
services, and policies. Necessary training will be provided by company.
4. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, including details of
inquiries and resolutions.
5. Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing
exceptional service.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other support team members to address complex
issues or escalations.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
1. Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills in English are
essential for chat-based interactions.

Education and experience
Any graduate with good English writing knowledge with 0 to 3 years experience.
Throughout English medium study or similar job experience will be an added
advantage.
