A. Primary Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for internal users and customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email Install and configure CCTV, computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Responsible for Cable installation, DVR configuration, access and support. Support and troubleshoot servers, CCTV, computers, wireless, switches, printers, copiers etc. Purchase of CCTV equipment, software, computers, and peripherals utilizing different vendors. Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to CCTV systems. IT Support Facilitate Software installation and application support by providing support to end users locally and remotely. Give prompt response in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company. Provide technical support to Malabar Group verticals across India and responsible to set up accounts for new users. Repair and replace equipment of Malabar Group as necessary. Provide and meet, technical services of CCTV and Security systems. Follow-up and update customer/internal stakeholder requirement status and information.
