Job Summary:
Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process for CCTV surveillance and networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct site surveys, design, and present system proposals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities.
Technical:
- Configure and demonstrate CCTV and networking products.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support installations.
- Stay updated with industry trends.
Networking:
- Design network infrastructure for CCTV systems.
- Ensure network security and compliance.
- Configure and troubleshoot network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP).
CCTV Surveillance:
- Design and configure CCTV systems (analog, IP).
- Integrate with access control and alarm systems.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's in EC/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of CCTV and networking experience.
- Strong networking and CCTV knowledge.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
