Process Cash Transactions: Handle cash exchanges and accurately count and verify the funds received from customers, including chips, tickets, and vouchers.
Maintain Cash Drawer: Safeguard and balance the cash drawer throughout the shift, ensuring accuracy in calculations and recording transactions.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist guests with cash transactions, answer inquiries, and address any concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
Redeem Player Rewards: Facilitate the redemption of player rewards points for cash or other forms of payment.
Required Skills
Excellent Math Skills: Possess strong mathematical abilities to accurately count and handle cash transactions, perform calculations, and balance cash drawers.
