As a Career Counselor specializing in the AVGC industry, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals towards successful careers in animation, visual effects, gaming, and comics.
*Responsibilities:*
Pay: ₹30,108.99 - ₹50,082.81 per month

As a Career Counselor specializing in the AVGC industry, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals towards successful careers in animation, visual effects, gaming, and comics.
*Responsibilities:*
- Provide personalized career counseling sessions to individuals interested in pursuing careers in the AVGC industry.
- Stay updated on trends, advancements, and opportunities within the AVGC industry.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate educational programs, courses, and certifications relevant to their career goals.
- Provide insights into job market trends and recruitment processes within the AVGC industry.
- Work collaboratively with clients to develop long-term career plans, set achievable goals, and create action plans to progress towards their objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their career journey.
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the AVGC industry, including animation techniques, visual effects software, game development processes, and comic book publishing.
- Previous experience in career counseling, coaching, or advising role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with clients and understand their unique career needs.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, interpreting results, and providing actionable feedback.
- Familiarity with educational institutions, training programs, and industry networks within the AVGC sector.
- Passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
Pay: ₹30,108.99 - ₹50,082.81 per month
